The quaint old Rheinbähnle, a historic steam train, which was once used for building the Rhine rectification, takes you to the jetty. Nostalgia on land and lake.We set off on our travels just as others did in the times of the Emperor. The quaint old Rheinbähnle, a historic steam train, which was once used for building the Rhine rectification, takes you to the jetty. There you go aboard the Hohentwiel to enjoy a aperitif and 3-course lunch on a cruise across Lake Constance. The return journey takes you back for a ride on the romantic Rheinbähnle and offers spectacular views of the Alps.

Our guests assemble for an aperitif on the upper deck, under white awnings, where once King Wilhelm II and Graf Zeppelin talked and looked at the water while leaning over at the railing. The Hohentwiel casts off and glides on the lake, heading towards the sunset.
